Christmas is coming early for Contractors!!

Icon Accounting and One4All have teamed up so that Icon Accounting Contractors can easily avail of the Governments Small Benefit Exemption Scheme.  Under this scheme, Icon Accounting Contractors can purchase a One4All Gift Card up to a total value of €250 as a once-off benefit per tax year.  The cost of this purchase is exempt from Income Tax, USC (Universal Social Charge) and PRSI. With this gift card, you can purchase anything from jewellery to drills – the choice is endless!  Below are some FAQ’s in relation to the One4All Gift Card and how Icon Accounting Contractors can apply:

What is a One4All Gift Card? A One4All Gift Card is a card which can be used in over 5300 stores nationwide so you can avail of thousands of products and services.

Why would I purchase a One4All Gift Card via Icon Accounting? If you are thinking of purchasing a One4All gift card personally, it will cost you €250. However, if you wish to make this purchase via Icon Accounting you will automatically receive tax relief as it is exempt from Income Tax, USC (Universal Social Charge) and PRSI. For example, if you are on the higher tax band, you can save up to 52%, saving you €130.00 on this purchase so the total cost to you is €120.

How will the deduction be displayed on my payslip? The total cost of the One4All gift card which you ordered as a deduction on your payslip however, the tax relief will be automatically applied.

How do I order my One4All gift card? To place an order, simply contact your Icon Accounting Payroll Account Manager to receive an order form or call our office on 01-8077106.

How do I receive my One4All Gift Card? The One4All Gift Card will be posted to you via standard post to the address you outlined on your order form.

Is there a deadline for purchasing a One4All Gift Card? No – there is no deadline for ordering the gift cards and only one Gift Card can be purchased per year. However, if you do want to have this gift card before Christmas, you must place your order before the 30^th of November 2014! Orders placed on or before this date will be posted to you in the first week of December 2014 – just in time for your Christmas shopping!

Where can I spend my One4All Gift Card? You can spend your One4All Gift Cards in thousands of retailers and online stores.
