iPerks - A recap of numbers for 2022

Learning

It is no secret to those that have worked in the industry for several years, that up-skilling is a necessity when it comes to having a successful contracting career. With over 4000 courses available on iPerks, 92% of which are completely free – there is something for every single client to add to their existing skillset.

With such a strong representation of our clients in the IT space, it is unsurprising to report that two of our most popular courses taken were in cyber security and programming.

However, we were surprised, and delighted, to see that with the work life balance contracting has offered our clients, this has allowed them to focus on developing skills outside of their requirements of their role. Healthy Cooking Made Easy, Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, along with Survival Spanish for Beginners, were top of the leader board as courses contractor’s completed in their spare time.

Wellbeing – POWR in your hands!

POWR has made it possible for our clients to focus on wellbeing in a convenient and preferable way. 2022 was the year which we seen our clients challenge themselves, with an increase to over 600 of our clients taking part on the daily challenges and tasks which the platform has to offer.

The focus for contractors in 2022 was Food and Nutrition, with many taking a key interest in the Recipe of the Week. Following shortly behind was a focus on life skills, and the emotion wellbeing features available.
